In the million colored feather of a peacock,
In the simplicity of a pigeons flight.
In the shuddering of grass,
In the bloom of flowers.

In rain, snow and mountains,
In desert, ocean and fountains.
I saw you everywhere...
I found you here and there.

Dream of South Asia...

More and better jobs in South Asia mean a lot to me. I want to see South Asia progressed just like the other well developed regions of our mother Earth.  The biggest issue in all the countries of South Asia is illiteracy. Illiteracy is the root cause of every problem in South Asia. Terrorism, corruption, poverty, economic issues and ethnic problems etc. are all because of uneducated population of this region. So the first step should be to focus on education sector.

More and better jobs in South Asia are very important for the poverty reduction. As we know that most of the South Asian people are living below the poverty line so it is the need of the time to give them more and better jobs. New and more opportunities should be provided to the people in every field of life. Giving financial aid will never reduce the poverty in South Asia. Opportunities should be created with the help of the National Governments present in the countries. Education sector should be focused so that more and more people gets education and implement new ideas in the country. Entrepreneurship should be promoted so that people start their own businesses and more jobs would be created by the own people of South Asia.

More and better jobs in South Asia will only be beneficial if because of them, we could decrease corruption, biasness and ethnicity in the region. And according to me, more jobs will definitely help in solving these issues which are faced by every south asian country. These are the core issues which need to be solved on urgent bases. Corruption, ethnicity biasness and racism is a wall against the success of this region. As south asia is very rich in culture and people from different religions and casts live here so better and more jobs should be provided to the people from every sect and every part of life. By taking this step we can provide justice to everyone especially minorities.

More and better jobs in South Asia can help in opportunities increment. By providing jobs we would be giving a great chance to the economy of the south Asian countries to stand on their own. An increasing economy will increase opportunities in the region and increased opportunities will produce more jobs and the circle will keep on going.

More and better jobs will definitely solve another problem of South Asia which is increasing brain drain. The educated class which is very less in this region after completing their education in the country tries to leave for Europe or America to get a better job there. The young minds of south Asia leave their country in a condition when their country needs them most. If all the educated class will leave this region and serve other countries then who will bring a positive change in the region? So, if more and better jobs can save south Asia from brain drain then it is going to be one of the most progressed regions of the world.

More and better jobs in South Asia will give the South Asians a freedom to work in their own culture and society. Most of the South Asians feels difficulty in communicating when they go abroad for finding jobs. So better jobs here would give them a chance to work with their own people in a better way. They won’t have to adapt other cultures. It’s always difficult to adapt other’s culture when you belong to a region which is very rich in cultural heritage and which has got its own history. And it’s human nature that when you feel comfortable and relax while doing your work and when the environment and the culture is very friendly to you than you work with more ease and passion, and your goals and vision become clear and road to success becomes easy for you.

More and better jobs in South Asia will be really helpful in generating more money in the region. It will directly benefit the economy of the region. People who are living under the poverty line will also get benefit from it directly. Secondly, if better jobs would be provided the south Asians would get more exposure and will gain more experience. Better jobs would increase the experience of the people in every field and this will result in innovations and inventions.

South Asia is an agricultural region where most of the economy depends on the agriculture sector and most of the population is related to agricultural field. When most of your economy depends only on one or two sectors then it becomes really dangerous because if that sector collapses then your whole economy shatters down. So, it is really important to create more and better jobs in non agriculture sectors so that more options could be created and along with agriculture, progress could be made in other fields as well.

Better jobs will help fighting the rising issue of extremism in South Asia which needs to be solved as early as possible. Hence, the need of better and more jobs in South Asia is very high.
